强脊止痛汤结合夹脊穴埋线治疗强直性脊柱炎(湿热痹阻型)临床效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究强脊止痛汤结合夹脊穴埋线治疗强直性脊柱炎(湿热痹阻型)临床效果及安全性。方法:符合纳入标准的93例强直性脊柱炎(湿热痹阻型)患者,采取随机数字表将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组47例患者口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片和柳氮磺吡啶片,观察组46例患者在对照组基础上口服强脊止痛汤结合夹脊穴埋线治疗,比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后血沉(ESR)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平及中医症状积分、患者晨僵时间变化、疼痛评分(VAS)、Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病功能指数(BASFI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、指地距、Schober试验指标和不良反应情况。结果:观察组有效率(95.65%,44/46)高于对照组(82.98%,39/47)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者各观察指标均得到改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为6.38%(3/47),观察组不良反应发生率为2.17%(1/46),两组比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:强脊止痛汤结合夹脊穴埋线治疗强直性脊柱炎(湿热痹阻型)临床效果显著,患者脊柱功能恢复良好,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Qiangji Zhitong Decoction combined with Jiaji acupoints catgut embedding in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(damp-heat obstruction pattern).Methods:93 patients with ankylosing spondylitis(damp-heat obstruction pattern),who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=46).The control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablet and Sulfasalazine Tablet;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Qiangji Zhitong Decoction combined with Jiaji acupoints catgut embedding.Curative effect,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),c-reactive protein(CRP)level,the scores of TCM symptoms,changes of morning stiffness,the scores of VAS,BASFI and BASDAI,fingerground distance,Schober test index changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The curative effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),which was significantly higher than 82.98%(39/47)of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,ESR,CRP,the scores of TCM symptoms,morning stiffness,the socres of VAS,BASFI and BASDAI,fingergroud distance and Schober test indexes were all improved in the two groups;the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).In terms of the adverse reactions,it was 6.38%(3/47)in the control group and was 2.17%(1/46)in the observation group,of which there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qiangji Zhitong Decoction combined with Jiaji acupoints catgut embedding has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(dampheat obstruction pattern),it can recover spinal function of the patients.The therapy is safe and reliable.
