摘　　要：五味子为多年生藤本植物五味子的果实,最早记载于《神农本草经》,有着悠久的应用历史。查阅五味子研究的相关文献,发现五味子具有镇静、催眠、抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、镇咳和保护肝脏等作用,此外还有一定的抗癌作用,因此临床上常用于治疗失眠症、肠炎、肺炎等疾病;五味子-地黄、五味子-酸枣仁、五味子-黄芪等药对应用与研究已经十分广泛,但五味子-吴茱萸药对虽然配伍合理,在方剂中也较为常见,但现代研究较少。Schisandra chinensisis the fruit of perennial vine Schisandra chinensis,which was first recorded in Shennong Materia Medica Classic and has a long history of application.Many researchers have found that Schisandra chinensis has the actions of sedation,hypnosis,anti-inflammation,antioxidant,antibacteria,antitussive and liver protection,it also has a certain anti-cancer effect,therefore it is often used to treat insomnia,enteritis,pneumonia and other diseases clinically.Its herbal pairs,such as Schisandra chinensisRehmannia glutinosa,Schisandra chinensis-Zizyphus jujuba Mill.and Schisandra chinensis-Astragalus membranaceus,have been widely applied and studied.Although the pair of Schisandra chinensis-Tetradium ruticarpum is reasonable in compatibility and common in prescriptions,there are few modern studies about it.
