摘 要:随着分布式发电在电网中的广泛应用,电网的管理难度日益提高。分布式电源大量接入的配网电压越限问题十分严重,而虚拟电厂是解决这一问题的有效技术手段。文章提出一种考虑调压成本无功备用的虚拟电厂辅助服务交易机制。系统中分布式电源在完成有功发电后一般仍可发出较多无功,若能将之有效利用则能大大降低电网调压成本并提高整体经济效益。基于在多级协同的虚拟电厂服务架构,首先分析了分布发电商的无功服务的有效容量计算方法与价值评估体系,通过边缘计算完成对分布式电源无功服务价格聚合,然后在此基础上建立考虑调压成本的全局辅助服务交易出清优化模型。最后,以某实际电网的算例进行仿真验证。提出的基于边缘计算虚拟电厂无功服务优化出清模型综合考虑了电网调压成本以及虚拟电厂的综合经济效益,能充分调用分布式能源的电压调节能力,可实现各方经济效益的最大化。With the wide application of distributed generation in power grid,it becomes more and more difficult to manage the power grid.The over-voltage problem of the distribution network with large number of distributed generations is very serious,and virtual power plant is an effective technical means to solve this problem.Therefore,this paper proposes a transaction mechanism for auxiliary services of virtual power plants considering voltage regulation cost and reactive power reserve.Distributed power generation in the system can still generate more reactive power after the completion of active power generation.If the reactive power can be effectively utilized,the cost of voltage regulation will be greatly reduced and the overall economic benefits will be increased.Based on the multi-level collaborative virtual power plant service architecture,this paper firstly analyzes the evaluation method of reactive power generation cost.Then the price aggregation of distributed power supply is completed with the edge calculation.After that,a global clearing optimization model of ancillary service transaction considering voltage regulation cost is established.Finally,a simulation example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The virtual power plant reactive power optimization model based on edge computing in this paper comprehensively considers the voltage regulation cost of the power grid and the comprehensive economic benefits of the virtual power plant.It will fully utilize the voltage regulation capabilities of distributed energy sources and maximize the economic benefits of all parties.
