摘  要:传统的三相重合闸经整定时间进行重合,不对故障性质进行判别,重合失败将导致对系统的二次冲击。为避免重合于永久性故障造成的二次冲击危害,提高重合闸成功率,提出了通过电压互感器二次侧注入电压信号的自适应三相重合闸策略。该策略根据电压互感器一次侧端口电压的特征,确定不带并联电抗器的配电网线路相间故障点绝缘是否恢复,最后根据故障性质决定是否执行重合闸操作。经过理论推导和基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台的仿真验证,证明了所提出的自适应重合闸策略能够判别瞬时性故障和永久性故障,并阻止因永久性故障跳闸的配电线路进行重合闸操作。Without discriminating the nature of faults,the traditional three-phase reclosing performs after a set period of time,so the failure of reclosing will result in a secondary impact on the system.In order to avoid the damage of secondary impact caused by reclosing onto a permanent fault and increase the successful rate of reclosing,this paper proposes an adaptive three-phase reclosing strategy,which injects a voltage signal through the secondary side of the voltage transformer.According to the voltage on the primary port of the voltage transformer,this strategy determines whether the insulation of phase-to-phase fault points is recovered on the distribution network without shunt reactors,and whether it is time to reclose based on the nature of faults.After theoretical derivation and simulation verification on the PSCAD/EMTDC platform,the results prove that the proposed adaptive reclosing strategy can distinguish between a transient fault and a permanent fault,and prevent reclosing of distribution lines which tripping due to a permanent fault.
