摘  要:高频变压器(high frequency transformer,HFT)是一种结合电力电子技术和高频磁链技术的电能变换设备。由于与工频变压器相比,HFT具有体积小、质量轻等优点,因此HFT在现代变换器中有着广泛的应用。但是,HFT在应用过程中还存在许多问题有待解决。在介绍HFT发展历史的基础上,总结了HFT的基本原理和计算方法,介绍了漏感和分布电容等参数,归纳了绕组及磁损耗的计算方法,并对HFT的优化设计技术,如磁芯优化技术、绕组优化技术、样机设计制造技术与多物理仿真等进行了梳理和概括。最后对HFT还存在的问题以及发展方向进行归纳与展望。对于HFT相关的研究者和生产者具有一定的参考价值和学习意义。High frequency transformer is a kind of electric energy conversion equipment that combines power electronic technology with high frequency magnetic link technology.Compared with power frequency transformers,HFT has the advantages of small size and light weight,so it has a wider range of applications in modern converters.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the application of HFT.On the basis of introducing the development history of HFT,this article summarizes the basic principles and calculation methods of HFT,introduces the parameters such as leakage inductance and distributed capacitance,summarizes the calculation methods of winding and magnetic core losses,and generalizes the optimal design technology of HFT,such as the magnetic core optimization technology,the winding optimization technology,the prototype design and manufacturing technology and the multi-physics simulation.Finally,it summarizes the remaining problems and prospects the development direction of HFT.This article has certain reference value and learning significance for the HFT-related researchers and producers.
