摘　　要：探究丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼靶控浓度在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的最佳配伍剂量。研究发现瑞芬太尼靶控浓度为8μg/L时,其复合丙泊酚应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术,有助于维持血流动力学稳定,减轻术后疼痛,减少手术相关不良反应,麻醉效果较好且术后恢复较快,是较为适宜的药物剂量,适合临床应用。The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal compatibility dose of remifentanil by target-controlled concentration when used in combination with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The study found when used in combination with propofol,remifentanil at a target controlled concentration of 8μg/L was helpful to maintain hemodynamic stability,ameliorate postoperative pain,and reduce surgery-related adverse reactions.This compatibility dose of remifentanil leads to satisfactory anesthetic effect and earlier postoperative recovery,and therefore is a suitable dose that warrants use in clinical settings.
