摘 要:基于实际配电网"闭环设计、开环运行"的特征,提出一种考虑N-1安全准则的配电网与分布式储能联合规划方法,可同时给出储能的选址定容、配电网的闭环规划、及开环运行方案。首先,建立考虑N-1安全准则的联合规划模型。其次,提出故障具有代表性的线路识别方法并给予证明。然后,设计规划决策与N-1校验相结合的迭代求解流程。最后,通过算例验证了所提规划方法的有效性。所提规划方案满足N-1安全准则,且通过储能的投资降低了规划总成本。Based on the characteristic of "closed-loop planning and open-loop operation" of real distribution networks, this paper proposed a joint planning method for distribution network expansion and distributed energy storage systems under N-1 safety criterion. Firslyt, a joint planning model considering N-1 safety criterion was established. Secondly, the approach for identifying feeders with representative outages was proposed and proved. Then, the iterative solution process for the problem was designed. Finally, the numerical experiments showed that the proposed planning solution met N-1 safety criterion, and the investment of energy storage systems effectively reduced the total planning cost.
