摘　　要：根据水泵结构原理及密封件失效机理,对水泵部件进行检测分析,同时对冷却水进行化验分析,找到了水泵水封泄漏的原因,做出了相应的设计改进,经过运用考核,效果良好。According to the structure principle of the water pump and the failure mechanism of the seals,the components of the water pump were tested and analyzed. At the same time,the cooling water was tested and analyzed. The cause of the water pump leakage was found,and the corresponding design improvements were made. After the application check,the good effect is obtained.
