摘　　要：档案工作的根本目的是实现档案信息资源共享,满足人们多样化的信息需求。但是,随着档案信息化的不断发展,异地异构的档案数据库限制了档案信息资源共享的能力,因此需要建设一种能跨地区、跨系统的分布式档案数据库。本文从分布式档案数据库的概念出发,探索了分布式档案数据库建设的必要性,并提出了分布式档案数据库的具体建设方法与建设内容。The fundamental purpose of archival work is to realize the sharing of archival information resources and meet people’s diverse information needs.However,with the continuous development of archive informatization,heterogeneous archive databases in different places limit the ability to share archive information resources.Therefore,it is necessary to build a distributed archive database that can cross regions and systems.Starting from the concept of distributed archive database,this paper explores the advantages of distributed archive database and the necessity of construction,and proposes the construction method and construction content of distributed archive database.
