摘　　要：[目的]研究鹅消化器官胰升血糖样肽-1(GLP-1)免疫反应阳性细胞形态与分布规律。[方法]应用石蜡组织切片免疫组织化学染色方法。[结果]消化管壁内GLP-1免疫反应阳性细胞分布于消化管粘膜上皮和固有膜管状腺,呈圆形、椭圆形、锥体形、长颈瓶形和不规则形,有外分泌型、内分泌型和外分泌兼旁分泌型,在小肠末段分布密度最高;胰腺内的GLP-1免疫反应阳性细胞分布于胰岛表面或散布于腺泡之间。[结论]GLP-1免疫反应阳性细胞形态、分泌型、分布范围与动物消化管壁其它消化管内分泌细胞相似,分布密度规律与其它鸟类动物消化管GLP-1免疫反应阳性细胞相似。[Objective]To study the morphology and distribution of glucagon-like peptide 1( GLP-1) positive cells in digestive organ of goose.[Method]The paraffin-embedded sections of digestive organs were stained by immunohistochemical staining.[Result]GLP-1-positive cells were distributed in the columnar mucous epithelium and tubular glands of lamina propria in the digestivesystem. They areround,elliptic,conical,flask-shaped and irregular. they have exocrine,paracrine,exocrine accompanied by paracrine types of cells,and have the highest density in the end segment of small intestine. Glp-1 positive cells in the pancreas are distributed on the surface of the islet and dispersed between the pancreatic acinus.[Conclusion]The morphology,secretory type and distribution range of GLP-1-positive cells were similar to that of other endocrine cells in the digestive tract of animals,and the distribution density was similar to that of GLP-1 positive cells in digestive organ of other birds.
