摘 要:放射损伤合并创伤称为"放创复合伤",此类伤口在临床上常见于手术切除原发灶后合并放射治疗的癌症患者。因受放射损伤及创伤的双重影响,此类伤口经久不愈是最为突出的治疗难题。该文着重介绍了细胞因子治疗、干细胞治疗、物理治疗、中药治疗等现有治疗方法,并以放创复合伤难愈机制为导向,具体分析了治疗方法的靶向作用与机制,并对靶向治疗方法现存的临床应用问题进行了讨论与展望,旨在为今后放创复合伤靶向治疗的研究提供新思路。Combined radiation and wound injury(CRWI)is a type of wound that is mainly seen in cancer patients who have received surgical resection of the primary lesion combined with radiotherapy.Affected by both the trauma and radiation,such wounds are relatively difficult to treat,and refractory wound healing is the most prominent challenge.This article focuses on the mechanism of refractory wound healing and introduces the new progress in the application of various biological therapies such as cytokine therapy,stem cell therapy,physical therapy and Chinese medicine treatment.In addition,the existing clinical application problems of targeted therapy were discussed and prospected,aiming to provide new ideas for the future research of targeted therapy for combined radiation and wound injury.
