摘　　要：腰椎后路内固定术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症、椎管狭窄和椎体滑脱等腰椎疾病的主要手术方式,但术后疼痛剧烈,严重影响手术疗效。文章对后入路腰椎手术后疼痛的特点、对机体的影响以及近年来腰椎手术后常用的镇痛方式和镇痛药物研究进展进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。Lumbar posterior internal fixation is the main surgical method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,spinal stenosis and vertebral spondylolisthesis.But the postoperative pain is severe,which seriously affects the curative effect.This review summarizes the characteristics of pain after posterior approach lumbar spine surgery,the research advances of the analgesia methods and analgesic drugs after lumbar spine surgery in recent years aims to provide a reference for clinical application.
