摘 要:目的调查浙江省西南部地区鼠疫宿主动物及其体表寄生虫群落多样性特征和鼠疫等病原体携带情况,为制定符合本地特色的鼠疫等传染病防控策略奠定基础。方法2018-2019年在浙西南地区6个鼠疫监测点按照《全国鼠疫监测方案》进行调查,分别开展宿主动物及其体表寄生虫的种类鉴定、鼠疫等病原体检测。结果共捕获宿主动物989只,捕获率5.15%,在398只宿主体表发现寄生虫2409只,染虫率40.24%,宿主优势种为黑线姬鼠(58.79%)。在宿主体表发现寄生虫共8科18属30种2409只,其中蚤3科5属6种211只,蜱1科4属5种446只,革螨1科5属9种951只,恙螨1科2属3种341只,吸虱2科2属7种460只。黑线姬鼠、北社鼠、黄胸鼠、针毛鼠在灌丛中体外寄生虫多样性指数和丰富度指数均最高,黄毛鼠、东方田鼠、褐家鼠、小家鼠在农田中体外寄生虫多样性指数和丰富度指数均最高,青毛鼠、白腹巨鼠在森林中体外寄生虫多样性指数和丰富度指数均最高。891份宿主动物血清F1抗体检测结果均为阴性,对910份宿主动物肝(脾)脏标本和所有采集到的体表寄生虫进行鼠疫菌分离培养,均未分离到鼠疫菌。100份标本中3份宿主动物汉坦病毒阳性,阳性率3.00%;13份宿主动物标本致病性钩端螺旋体阳性,阳性率13.00%。结论浙西南地区鼠疫宿主动物及其体表寄生虫密度较高,群落构成较复杂。宿主动物致病性钩端螺旋体携带率较高。从寄生虫多样性角度可以考虑灌丛以防治寄生的蜱虫为主,农田防治寄生的恙螨和革螨为主,森林防治寄生的蚤和吸虱为主。Objective Investigating the population diversity characteristics of plague host animals and their parasites in the southwest of Zhejiang Province,and the carrying status of plague and other pathogens,the foundation for developing plague control and prevention strategies that match local characteristics.Methods Six plague surveillance sites in the southwest of Zhejiang Province were surveyed according to the national plague surveillance program from 2018 to 2019,The species identification of host animals and their surface parasites and the detection of pathogens such as plague were carried out respectively.Results A total of 989 host animals were captured,resulting in a capture rate of 5.15%,of which 2409 were found to be parasites on the surface of 398 hosts,resulting in an infection rate of 40.24%,and the host dominant species was Apodemusagrarius(58.79%)in the host table,parasites were found in a total of 8 families 18 genera 30 species 2409,of which fleas 3 families 5 genera 6 species 211,ticks 1 family 4 genera 5 species 446,gamasid mites 1 family 5 genera 9 species 951,chiggers 1 family 2 genera 3 species 341,sucking lice 2 families 2 genera 7 species 460.Apodemusagrarius,Niviventerconfucianus,Rattus flavipectus,Niviventerfulvescensin vitro parasite diversity index and richness index were highest in the enema.Rattuslosea,Microtus fortis,Rattus norvegicus,Mus musculus showed the highest in vitro parasite diversity index and richness index in agricultural fields.Berylmysbowersi,Niviventerconinga had the highest parasite diversity index and richness index in vitro in the forest.The results of F1 antibody in 891 host animal sera were negative.Yersinia pestis was not isolated from 910 liver and spleen samples of host animals and from all the ectoparasites collected.Three of the 100 samples were positive for Hantavirus,with a positive rate of 3.00%.The positive rate of pathogenic leptospirosis was 13.00%in 13 samples.Conclusions The density of plague host animals and their parasites in southwestern Zhejiang is rel
