摘 要:内蒙古是风力发电大省,截止2018年底,风电装机容量为2869万kW。叶片是风力发电机组的关键部件,长期高速运行时,受自身应力的综合作用及风沙、紫外线、降雨的侵袭,表面出现麻面、裂纹等损伤特征,增加了运行风险。目前在役叶片的检测主要采用望远镜或观鸟镜等人工定期巡检的方式,以及服役到一定年限采用探伤仪接触检测的方式,检测不方便、效率低。基于红外热成像技术的风力机叶片检测方法因具有非接触、检测效率高,可实现表面和内部的全方位检测等优点而备受关注。本文综述了不同激励下的风力机叶片损伤热成像检测的工作原理、研究现状,说明了其适用性。Inner Mongolia is a large province of the wind power,the installed wind power capacity was 28.69 million kW by the end of 2018.The blade is the key component of a wind turbine.During the long-term and high-speed operation,affected by the comprehensive action of its own stress,as well as the wind sand,ultraviolet rays,and rainfall,early damage characteristics such as surface voids,and cracks appear on the blade surface,increasing the operation risk.At present,the detection of blade in service mainly adopts the method of manual periodic inspection by using the telescope or bird-watching mirror,and the contact detection method by using the flaw detector for a certain years,which is inconvenient and inefficient.The wind turbine blade detection method based on the infrared thermography technology has attracted much attention because of its non-contact,high detection efficiency,and comprehensive detection capacity on the surface and inside.In this paper,the working principle of the thermal imaging detection of the wind turbine blade damage under different excitations was reviewed,and the present research status was summarized.The applicability was described as well.
