摘　　要：运用电子问卷、案头调研与邮件核查等方法对德国精英大学计划成员图书馆学术出版素养教育情况进行调研,总结其经验,提出对我国高校图书馆开展学术出版素养教育的启示,即深化与校内外机构的协同联动,寻求联盟组织的支持;构建基于用户画像的层次化结构化教育内容体系;依托基于新媒体的资源导航系统完善学术出版教育载体。Using the methods of electronic questionnaire,desk survey and email verification to research the situation of academic publication quality education of the member libraries of German elite universities program,this paper summarizes its experience,and puts forward some enlightenments for the academic publishing literacy education of university libraries in China,that is,deepen the cooperation and linkage with internal and external institutions,seek the support of alliance organizations;build a hierarchical structured education content system based on user portrait;relying on the resource navigation system based on new media,improve the academic publishing education carrier.
