摘 要:中间包等离子加热可以弥补浇注过程中的钢液温降,改善连铸坯的质量,但加热区温度高对覆盖剂会产生一系列影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、光镜及扫描电镜等手段对工业现场中间包使用等离子加热前后的覆盖剂样品进行了对比分析,并采用FactSage热力学软件绘制加热前后覆盖剂的液相线投影图。结果表明,等离子加热前后的中间包覆盖剂形貌发生了明显变化,具体表现为加热前样品疏松多孔,加热后样品结晶率低,呈致密的玻璃状,表面较为均质;通过XRD对等离子加热前后的覆盖剂进行物相鉴别,加热后的覆盖剂由晶态变为非晶态,呈现一定的规律性;在光镜下观察样品可发现等离子加热后的覆盖剂样品较加热前更均匀,扫描电镜下进行观察与物相分析发现,等离子加热前覆盖剂样品主要为单一的均质化组成,加热后的样品有灰黑色不溶于基底的氧化物;加热前后覆盖剂的低熔点区域面积变化不大。Plasma heating in the tundish can make up for the molten steel temperature loss during the casting process and improve the quality of the continuous casting slab,but the high temperature in the heating zone will have a series of effects on the covering flux.By means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,the covering flux samples before and after plasma heating in industrial field tundish were compared and analyzed,and the liquidus projection of the covering flux before and after heating was drawn by FactSage thermodynamics software.The results showed that the morphology of the tundish covering flux changed significantly after plasma heating,the specific performance is that the samples are loose and porous before heating,and the samples have low crystallization rate,a dense glass,and a more homogeneous surface after heating.Phase identification of the tundish flux before and after plasma heating by XRD.The heated flux changes from crystal to amorphous,showing a certain regularity.Observing the sample under the light microscope showed that the surface of the covering agent sample after plasma heating was more uniform than before heating.The observation under scanning electron microscope and phase analysis revealed that the covering agent sample before plasma heating mainly consisted of a single homogenized composition.The sample had a gray-black insoluble oxide on the substrate.There is little change in the area of the low melting point area of the covering flux before and after heating.
