摘 要:为改善某钢厂异型坯结晶器的流场,以此钢厂异型坯连铸结晶器为原型进行物理模拟研究,并优化其水口结构。试验主要以不同吹气情况下的流场显示、波高测量、电导率测量来研究不同水口结构对结晶器流场的影响以及不同水口结构下结晶器流场的变化规律。结果表明,底孔直径为17mm、吹气量为3L/min的试验条件下结晶器液面波动情况更佳,结晶器内有更好的粒子和墨水流场,这在实际生产中有利于结晶器内温度和成分的均匀,有利于形成良好凝固坯壳,且浇铸过程中不容易产生卷渣。In order to improve the flow field of the beam blank continuous casting mold in a steel plant,the physical simulation research was carried out based on this mold,and the nozzle structure was optimized.The flow field display,wave height measurement and conductivity measurement were used to study the influence of different nozzle structure on the mold flow field and the change rule of mold flow field under different nozzle structure.The results show that the liquid level fluctuation of the mold is better under the experimental conditions with the bottom hole diameter of 17 mm and the air blowing capacity of 3 L/min,and there are better particle and ink flow fields in the mold.In the actual production,it is beneficial to the uniformity of temperature and composition in the mold,which is conducive to the formation of good solidified shell,and it is not easy to produce slag in the casting process.
