摘　　要：高职院校已从外延式发展转为内涵式高质量发展,培养德技并修人才是落实立德树人的具体体现。基于《悉尼协议》范式专业建设的三大理念、12项毕业要求指标,以电气自动化技术专业为例,设计8项核心能力指标。由网络结构图对比分析可知,《悉尼协议》注重3~5 a的职业能力,德技并修注重培养高素质复合型技术技能人才。Higher vocational colleges have changed from extensive development to connotative high-quality development,and the cultivation of moral and technical talents is the concrete embodiment of the implementation of moral education.Based on the three concepts and 12 graduation requirements of“Sydney Protocol”paradigm specialty construction,taking electrical automation technology specialty as an example,8 core competence indexes are designed.From the comparative analysis of the network structure chart,it can be seen that the Sydney Protocol pays attention to the 3-5 a professional ability,and pays attention to the cultivation of the high-quality compound technical talents with morality and techniques.
