摘 要:目的:探究急性剖宫产和择期剖宫产的临床效果和对患者的预后影响对比。方法:选我院收治的需要进行剖宫产的产妇共计150例。按照剖宫产方式的不同分为采用急症剖宫产的对照组75例和择期剖宫产的观察组75例。对两组患者的临床效果和预后情况进行对比。结果:观察组手术时间和手术过程出血量均低于对照组。观察组产妇并发症发生率、新生儿不良结局均低于对照组,P<0.05结论:急症剖宫产手术风险更大,对产妇的威胁更大。因此在进行急症剖宫产的时候需要格外加强手术准备工作和手术严谨性,尽量提升产妇和新生儿的生存几率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and prognosis of acute cesarean section and elective cesarean section.Methods:150 cases of cesarean section in our hospital were selected.According to the different ways of cesarean section,they were divided into the control group(75 cases)with emergency cesarean section and the observation group(75 cases)with elective cesarean section.The clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and blood loss of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of maternal complications and adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The risk of emergency cesarean section is greater,and the threat to maternal is greater.Therefore,in the emergency cesarean section,we need to strengthen the operation preparation and operation preciseness,and try to improve the survival rate of maternal and neonatal.
