摘  要:提出一种基于分区域等效焓降法的低压加热器疏水泵热经济性分析的方法,研究加热器改为疏水泵式后,各区域疏水流量、换热量、泵功率的变化对汽轮机净发电量的影响,并且利用某1000 MW二次再热机组验证所提出方法的可靠性。结果表明:该方法考虑到疏水焓及泵功率,能够更好地适用于新建机组低压加热器疏水泵的热经济性分析,并且指导疏水泵的优化布置;受疏水流量和抽汽效率的影响,存在设置1台疏水泵的最佳位置;设置第2台疏水泵的节能效果较设置1台显著降低。Based on the regional equivalent enthalpy drop method, a method of thermal economy analysis was proposed for low pressure heater drain pump. The influence of following factors in each region on the steam turbine net power generation was researched, such as the drain water flow rate, exchanged heat and pump power. The accuracy of the proposed method was verified in a 1 000 MW double reheat unit. Results show that with considering the drain water enthalpy and pump power, the method is more fit to be applied to the thermal economy analysis of low pressure heater drain pump for a new unit, and to optimize the layout of drain pump. Influenced by the drain water flow rate and extraction steam efficiency, an optimized position for setting one drain pump can be obtained. Compared with setting one drain pump, the energy saving effect reduces significantly with setting a second drain pump.
