摘  要:燃煤发电企业超低排放改造后,硫酸氢铵沉积导致回转式空气预热器进出口压差增加,炉膛负压波动,引风机电耗增加,甚至引起引风机振动,严重威胁机组安全、经济运行。采用烟气升温法对空气预热器堵灰进行清除,获得了较好效果;同时给出在线烟气升温法操作流程及注意事项。After the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants,the sedimentation of ammonium hydrogen sulfate resulted in the increase of the pressure difference between inlet and outlet in rotary air preheater,the fluctuation of furnace negative pressure,the increase of the power consumption,and even the vibration of induced draft fan,which threatened the safe and economic operation of the unit.The flue gas temperature rising method was used to remove the ash blockage of air preheater,and it took effect.Moreover,the operation process and precautions of on-line flue gas temperature rise method were proposed.
