摘  要:某电厂对一台ZGM型中速磨煤机的动静环进行提效改造,优化了喷嘴环线型及结构,改善了磨煤机内部的空气动力场。基于改造前后性能试验数据,即磨煤单耗由10.28 kW·h/t降低至7.81 kW·h/t,提出了基于煤粉细度(R 90)和哈氏可磨指数(HGI)的综合修正方法,综合修正磨煤单耗由11.96 kW·h/t降低至9.72 kW·h/t,相对降低了18.8%。磨煤机最大出力由52.9 t/h增加至60.0 t/h,提升了13.4%,且石子煤排放量为零。The efficiency modification of rotating and stationary ring in a ZGM medium-speed coal mill set in a power plant had been implemented by optimizing the nozzle ring’s profile and structure besides the flow field in the coal mill.Based on the performance test data before and after the transformation,that was the unit power consumption is reduced from 10.28 kW·h/t to 7.81 kW·h/t,comprehensive correction method of unit power consumption based on coal fineness(R 90)and Hardgrove grindability index(HGI)was proposed.The corrected unit power consumption had been reduced by 18.8%(from 11.96 kW·h/t to 9.72 kW·h/t).The maximum output of the coal mill was increased by 13.4%(from 52.9 t/h to 60.0 t/h),while the emission of pulverizer rejects was zero.
