摘 要:对牦牛GHR基因部分片段进行SNP检测,并结合各乳成分(乳脂肪、乳蛋白、非脂乳固体、密度、冰点、盐、电导率)数据进行了分析,结果表明牦牛GHR基因片段1、exon 8未发现SNP多态位点,片段2发现SNP多态位点1个,第82位T,形成C/C和C/T两种基因型,不同基因型乳成分差异显著性分析结果表明,CC基因型和CT基因型间冰点值差异显著P<0.05,其它乳成分不同基因型间差异不显著。The growth hormone receptor gene is an important candidate gene for lactation traits.To study the effects of different genotypes produced by polymorphism of GHR gene on the composition of yak milk,and provides a certain molecular genetic basis for further breeding and improvement of yak milk.This study test part of yak GHR gene fragment for the SNP detection,and combined with the milk composition(milk fat,milk protein and non fat milk solids,density,freezing point,salt,the conductivity)data are analyzed,and the results showed that there were no SNP loci in fragment 1 and exon 8,1 SNP loci in fragment 2,which was the 82 th T,formed two kinds of C/C and C/T genotype,significant differences between genotypes and milk composition analysis results showed that there was significant difference in freezing point value between CC and CT genotype(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in other milk composition between different genotypes.
