防除狼毒后狼毒型退化草地群落结构变化特征

摘  要:为明确防除狼毒后草地植被变化特征,以防除后围封的狼毒型退化草地为研究对象,研究防除狼毒后草地群落多样性、狼毒密度以及地上生物量等指标的年变化特征,为狼毒型退化草地恢复和治理提供基础理论依据。结果表明:狼毒防除后,随着防除年限的增加各处理狼毒的密度和地上生物量下降;豆科的重要值显著增加(P<0.05),莎草科、禾本科、杂类草变化不显著(P>0.05);随着处理年限的增加防除狼毒处理和围封处理的丰富度指数、香农威纳指数、优势度指数、均匀度指数与CK处理相比均有所下降;各处理下总物种数随年份增加而相应减少,总地上生物量按CK、围封、防除狼毒处理呈上升趋势。因此,在围封的基础上采用化学药剂防除狼毒,一定程度上可以改善狼毒型退化草地的群落结构,有利于退化草地的恢复。To clarify the influence of controlling Stellerachamaejasme on the vegetation characteristics of degraded grassland,Stellera-dominated degraded grassland was as study objective.The grassland community diversity,Stellerachamaejasme density and aboveground biomass were studied for providing the basic theoretical basis for the restoration and management of the degraded grassland of Stellerachamaejasme.The results showed that the density and above-ground biomass of Stellerachamaejasme in each treatment decreased with the increasing of treatment years after the control of Stellerachamaejasme.The important value of Leguminosae significantly increased(P<0.05),while the changes of Cyperaceae,Gramineae and Forbs were not significant(P>0.05).With the increasing of treatment years,the richness index,Shannon Wiener index,Simpsonindex,and Pielouindex of the fence and control of stellera decreased compared with CK.The total species number under each treatment decreased with the increasing of years,and the total aboveground biomass increased under CK,fence and control of stellera.Therefore,the community structure of the degraded grassland was improved by using chemicals to control Stellerachamaejasme on the basis of fencing,which was beneficial to the restoration of the degraded grassland.
