摘　　要：目的探讨断指再植患者术后再植指体功能恢复状况,并分析其中影响因素,为临床制定干预措施提供一定依据.方法选取2019年4月~2020年6月我院收治的91例断指再植患者作为研究对象,评定再植指体功能,并设计一般资料调查表,了解患者基本信息,经单因素和多因素分析断指再植患者术后再植指体功能恢复的影响因素.结果91例断指再植患者,术后再植指体功能恢复良好63例,占比69.23%,术后再植体功能恢复不良28例,占比30.77%;经Logistic回归分析,提示常温保存、内固定方式为纵贯关节、关节面损伤、非末节离断平面是断指再植患者术后再植体功能恢复不良的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论断指再植患者术后再植指体功能恢复不良发生率较高,受到常温保存、内固定方式为纵贯关节、关节面损伤、非末节离断平面影响,临床可据此制定针对性干预措施,以保证再植指体功能恢复效果.Objective To investigate the status of funetional recovery of replanted fingers in patients after replantation of severed fingers,and to analyze the influencing factors,in order to provide a certain basis for clinical intervention measures.Met hods 91 patients with replantation of severed fingers treated in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the function of replanted fingers was evaluated,and the general information questionnaire was designed,the basic information of patients was learned,the influencing factors of functional recovery of replanted fingers in patients after replantation of severed fingers were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Resu Its Among 91 cases of patients with replantation of severed fin gers,63 cases recovered well in function of postoperative replanted fingers,accounting for 69.23%;28 cases had poor recovery of function of postoperative replanted fingers,accounting for 30.77%;Logistic regression analysis showed that normal temperature preservation,longitudinal joint fixation,articular surface injury,and non distal segment disconnection plane were the influencing factors for poor functional recovery of replanted fingers in patients after replantation of severed fingers(OR>I,P<0.05).Cone I us i on The incidence of poor functional recovery of replanted fingers is high in patients after replantation of severed fingers,affected by normal temperature preservation,longitudinal joint fixation,articular surface injury and non distal segment fracture plane,targeted intervention measures can he formulated in clinic according to this to ensure the effect of functional recovery of replanted fingers.
