摘  要:针对某钢铁企业10 mm厚700L研发过程中的热轧带钢力学性能偏低现象,根据以往700L产品生产数据,运用六西格玛测量工具,找出影响700L产品力学性能的关键因素,并逐一进行分析。最终找到造成产品力学性能偏低的主要原因。同时给出了该成分体系和生产工艺条件下,10 mm厚700L产品的卷取温度控制值。In view of the low mechanical properties of hot rolled strip steel in the research and development process of 10 mm thick 700L steel in a iron and steel enterprise,the key factors affecting the mechanical properties of 700L products were studied and analyzed one by one by the means of six sigma measurement tool according to the previous production data of 700L products.Finally,the main reason for the low mechanical properties of the products was found out.At the same time,the coiling temperature control value of 700L product with 10 mm thickness under the composition system and production process conditions was proposed.
