摘 要:某连接体的接头材质为35号钢,热处理状态为正火态,在使用一段时间后发生突然断裂。采用光学金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对接头的断裂原因进行分析,找到了接头的断裂模式和原因。接头的断裂模式为疲劳。导致接头疲劳断裂的原因有两个,一为将15号钢接头代替35号钢接头使用,降低了接头的疲劳强度;二为接头设计的尖角产生较大应力集中,成为疲劳断裂的起源,造成疲劳强度的下降。The material of joint for one connector was 35#steel with heat treatment condition of as-normalized condition.The joint fractured suddenly after a period of use.The fractured joint was analyzed by optical metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the fracture mode and cause were found out.The fracture mode of the joint was fatigue.There were two reasons for the fatigue fracture of the joint:(1)15#steel joint was used instead of 35#steel joint,which reduced the fatigue strength of the joint;(2)the sharp angle in joint design produced a greater stress concentration,which became the origin of fatigue fracture,resulting in the decrease of fatigue strength.
