摘　　要：概述了我国危废处置行业的现状和回转窑焚烧炉运行的特点,分析常规回转窑焚烧炉耐火内衬砌筑结构的优缺点,根据工况的运行特点提出2种回转窑焚烧炉耐火内衬砌筑结构。该砌筑结构将复合预制砖通过金属固定件焊接到窑体的内壁上,其结构稳定,解决了回转窑耐火砖抽签掉落的问题。在预制砖的工作层内部镶嵌有保温层,能够有效地降低窑体外壁温度。复合预制砖具有良好的抗剥落性能,砌筑施工工艺简单,回转窑耐火内衬具有高效、长寿、节能的特点。This article summarizes the present situation of hazardous waste disposal industry in China and the operation characteristics of rotary kiln incinerator,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of lining masonry structure of conventional rotary kiln incinerator.According to the operating characteristics of the working conditions,two optimized masonry structures for rotary kiln incinerators are proposed.The masonry structure is to weld the composite prefabricated bricks to the inner wall of the kiln body through metal fixing parts,and the structure is stable,which completely solves the problem of the refractory bricks falling out of the rotary kiln.Thermal insulation layer is embedded in the working layer of the precast brick,which can effectively reduce the temperature of the outer wall of the kiln.Composite prefabricated bricks have good anti-stripping performance,and it is simple in the process of masonry construction,so that the refractory lining of the rotary kiln has the characteristics of high efficiency,longevity and energy saving.
