医护共同决策护理级别的程序优化及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医护共同决策护理级别的程序优化及效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月入住该院心胸外科的400例患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各200例,对照组采取传统方法对患者进行护理级别判定,实验组采取医护共同决策护理级别判定。对比两组护理级别分布、护理措施落实情况、护理质量及患者满意度评分。结果两组三级护理分布率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组一级护理人数明显多于对照组(P<0.05),二级护理人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理措施落实情况整体好于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理质量明显好于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度总评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护共同决策护理级别可优化分级护理质量,使护理措施有效落实,提高护理质量和患者满意率。Objective To explore the procedure optimization and effect of nursing level decision making by nurses and nurses.Methods A total of 400 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 200 patients in each group.The control group adopted the traditional method to judge the nursing level of the patients,while the experimental group adopted the nursing level decision made by medical care jointly.The distribution of nursing level,implementation of nursing measures,nursing quality and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the distribution rate of tertiary nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of primary nursing in the experimental group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of secondary nursing was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The implementation of nursing measures in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The joint decision of nursing level can optimize nursing quality,effectively implement nursing measures,and improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction rate.
