摘 要:对2个株系的同源多倍体桑树植株嫩叶和成熟叶片解剖结构进行观察比较,筛选能够表征桑树抗旱性的重要叶片解剖结构性状。成熟叶的叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度、上下角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度和叶片紧实度等8个解剖结构性状,在2个株系的桑树二倍体和同源四倍体之间均存在显著差异。对成熟叶的这8个指标进行主成分分析,初步筛选出可用于综合评价桑树抗旱性的5个代表性性状指标,即栅栏组织厚度、叶片厚度、海绵组织厚度、下表皮厚度和上角质层厚度。进一步利用隶属函数分析,将这些指标数据转换为隶属函数值并按照从大到小的顺序排列,得出四倍体桑品种陕桑402-1的抗旱性高于其同源二倍体亲本新一之瀨,四倍体桑品种陕桑403-1的抗旱性高于其同源二倍体亲本陕桑707。Through observing and analyzing the young and mature leaves of autopolyploid mulberry from two strains,the important leaf anatomical structure traits that can characterize drought resistance of mulberry are screened.The leaf thickness,upper and lower epicuticle thickness,upper and lower cuticle thickness,palisade tissue thickness,sponge tissue thickness and leaf compactness of mature leaf are significantly different between the diploid and autotetraploid of the two strains.Empolying principal component analysis to analyze these anatomical structures,5 representative traits namely palisade tissue thickness,leaf thickness,sponge tissue thickness,lower epidermal thickness and upper cuticle thickness,are screened out for comprehensive evaluation of the drought resistance of mulberry.Further using the subordinate function analysis,these index data are converted into subordinate function values and arranged in descending order.It is discovered that the drought resistance of the tetraploid Shansang 402-1 is higher than that of its autodiploid parent Shin-Ichinose,and the tetraploid Shaansang 403-1 has higher drought resistance than that of its autodiploid parent Shansang 707.
