摘  要:为了在现有双级结构基础上进一步提升感应分压器的测量准确度,提出多级励磁原理,研制了一台多级励磁感应分压器。首先设计了闭合型屏蔽铁芯结构和比例绕组同轴电缆10线并绕方式,然后基于有限元方法,建立了考虑铁芯非线性磁化特性的三维感应分压器模型,计算内部的磁场分布。最后基于参考电势法,利用误差测量装置锁相放大器SR850对分压器进行误差校准。结果表明并绕结构可以降低容性泄漏带来的影响,实现外层等电位屏蔽,屏蔽铁芯结构使泄漏磁通降低了29.6%,1kV多级励磁感应分压器的10段变比误差均优于1×10^(-7)。该研究可为提升工频电压比例标准装置准确度水平提供支撑。In order to improve the measurement accuracy of induction voltage divider on the basis of the existing two-stage structure, this paper proposes the principle of multistage excitation and develops a multistage excitation induction voltage divider(IVD). Firstly, a closed shielded core structure and the 10 wire parallel winding of the proportional winding with coaxial cable are designed. Then, based on the finite element method, a three-dimensional induction voltage divider model in which the nonlinear magnetization of the core is taken into account is established to calculate the internal magnetic field distribution. Finally, the lock in amplifier SR850 is used to calibrate the error of voltage divider based on the reference potential method. The results show that the effect of capacitive leakage can be reduced and the outer equipotential shielding can be realized with 10 wire parallel winding. The shielding core structure can reduce the leakage flux by 29.6%. The 10-segment error of the 1 kV multistage excitation induction voltage divider is superior to 1×10^(-7). This research can provide support for improving the accuracy level of voltage ratio standards device of power frequency.
