摘  要:我国直流输电工程用高压直流电压互感器长期以来依靠进口。随着直流输配电技术的快速发展,高压直流电压互感器需求量将越来越大,实现高压直流电压互感器的自主化具有重要的意义。精密电阻器作为高压直流电压互感器的核心器件,决定着高压直流电压互感器的自主化程度。为此,开展了国产精密电阻器的调研工作,对精密电阻器的自主化研发现状进行了阐述和分析,并对国产精密电阻器的研究提出一些建议。结果表明:国产精密金属膜电阻器和精密厚膜电阻器性能指标均能满足0.2级高压直流电压互感器的设计要求,但电阻靶材和电阻浆料主要靠进口。在电阻值相同的条件下,国产精密金属膜电阻器的极限电压比国外低,温度系数比国外大;国产精密厚膜电阻器的温度系数比国外小,但同样面临极限电压低的问题。为实现精密金属膜电阻器和精密厚膜电阻器的自主化,针对精密金属膜电阻器可探索提升靶材电阻率、降低电阻器电感量的方法,针对精密厚膜电阻器可探索电阻浆料最佳粒度分布、降低电阻器温升的方法。High voltage direct current(HVDC) voltage transformers for DC transmission projects in China have been imported for a long time. With the rapid development of DC transmission and distribution technology, the HVDC voltage transformers will be more and more demanded, thus it is of great significance to realize the autonomy of HVDC voltage transformer. The precision resistors, as the key components of HVDC voltage transformers, will determine the degree of autonomy of HVDC voltage transformers. Consequently, we investigated the precision resistors made in China, and reviewed the research-and-development status of precision resistors. The results show that the performances of precision metal film resistor and precision thick film resistor made in China can meet the design requirements of 0.2 class HVDC voltage transformer, whereas the resistance target materials and resistance paste mainly rely on importation. Compared with imported resistors, the precision metal film resistors made in China have the smaller limiting voltages and larger temperature coefficients at the same resistance values. Compared with imported resistors, the precision thick film resistors have the smaller temperature coefficients and lower limiting voltages. To realize the autonomy of precision resistors in China, we can explore the methods to increase the target resistivity and reduce the inductance of precision metal film resistor. For the precision thick film resistor, we can explore better particle size distribution of the resistor paste and the methods of reducing temperature rising.
