摘 要:特高频法检测局部放电有灵敏度高、信噪比高的优点,但对于变压器外置传感器灵敏度低而内置传感器会影响到变压器的实际运行,为此提出将变压器内部器件作为特高频天线感知局部放电产生的特高频电磁信号的自感知检测方法。选取变压器铁芯、高压绕组、高压套管末屏作为特高频天线,对其进行建模并进行特高频自感知检测的仿真研究。对变压器部件的天线特性参数进行仿真计算,结果表明在特高频范围内所选部件均可作为天线进行局部放电检测。对整体变压器进行建模,并仿真计算所选部件在变压器内部对特高频信号的接收特性。仿真结果显示变压器内部器件可对局部放电产生的特高频信号进行良好的感知,起到检测局部放电的作用。在实体变压器进行试验,进一步验证了所提出的局部放电特高频自感知检测的可行性。特高频自感知检测法无需外接传感器,可实现变压器现场局部放电高灵敏度安全性检测。The ultra-high frequency(UHF) method for detecting partial discharges has the advantages of high sensitivity and high signal-to-noise ratio. However, the external sensor of the transformer has low sensitivity and the internal sensor will affect the actual operation of the transformer. This paper proposes a self-sensing detection method that transformer internal devices are used as UHF antennas to sense UHF electromagnetic signals generated by partial discharge. The transformer core, high-voltage winding, and high-voltage bushing end screen are selected as UHF antennas, which are modeled and simulated by UHF self-sensing detection. The simulation calculation of the antenna characteristic parameters of the transformer parts shows that the selected parts can be used as the antenna for partial discharge detection in the UHF range. Moreover, the integral transformer is modeled and the reception characteristics of the selected components for the UHF signal inside the transformer are simulated. The simulation results show that the internal devices of the transformer can perceive the UHF signal generated by partial discharge well and play a role in detecting partial discharge. Experiments on a solid transformer further verify the feasibility of the proposed partial discharge UHF self-sensing detection. The UHF self-sensing detection method,in which external sensors are not required, can be adopted to achieve high-sensitivity safety detection of transformer partial discharge on site.
