摘　　要：目的亚低温治疗对心脏骤停体外心肺复苏患者脑功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年12月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治心搏骤停患者17例,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组6例和对照组11例。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予亚低温治疗,两组观察时间均为观察组使用亚低温治疗仪后24 h。比较两组24 h后临床生理指标水平,以及6个月后两组患者的脑功能结局(脑功能分类(CPC)量表,分为良好结局(CPC 1和2)和不良结局(CPC 3-5))。结果与对照组相比,观察组心率、氧分压、氧饱和度降低,谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶升高,6个月后脑功能恢复较好。结论心脏骤停体外心肺复苏成功后亚低温治疗可以有助于心脏骤停患者脑功能恢复。Objective The effect of mild hypothermia treatment on the recovery of brain function in patients with cardiac arrest and external cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods A retrospective analysis of 17 patients with cardiac arrest who were admitted to the people’s hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into observation group(6 cases)and control group(11 cases)according to different treatment methods. The observation group was given mild hypothermia treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The observation time between the two groups started from 24 hours after the observation group were treated with mild hypothermia treatment. The clinical physiological index levels between the two groups 24 hours later, and the brain function outcome brain function classification(CPC)scale after 6 months were compared, outcomes were divided into good outcomes(CPC 1 and 2)and adverse outcomes(CPC 3-5). Results Compared with the control group, heart rate, oxygen partial pressure and oxygen saturation of the observation group decreased, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase increased, and brain function of the observation group recovered better after 6 months. Conclusion After successful external cardiopulmonary resuscitation from cardiac arrest, mild hypothermia therapy can help the brain function recovery of patients with cardiac arrest.
