摘　　要：目的讨论复杂性胫骨平台骨折合并前交叉韧带止点撕脱性骨折的"8"字钢丝一期固定疗效。方法复杂性胫骨平台骨折合并前交叉韧带止点脱性骨折6例。入院行跟骨牵引,软组织恢复后行切开复位、植骨钢板内固定。用"8"字钢丝固定前交叉韧带止点撕脱性骨折。术后常规随访,平均随访14月,手术疗效按HSS标准评分。结果术后随访10-20月,6例均获得骨性愈合,胫骨平台未出现明显塌陷,术后膝关节功能评分(87.86±4.29分)。结论复杂性胫骨平台骨折合并前交叉韧带止点撕脱性骨折,一期处理可获得良好复位,骨折愈合,术后膝关节功能恢复良好,并发症少,疗效好。Objective Todiscuss the curative effect of"8"wire one-stage fixation for complextibial plateauf racture combined with avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament bottom dead center. Methods 6 cases with complex tibial plateau fracture combined with avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament at bottom dead center were collected as research group. Calcaneal traction was performed after admission. Open reduction, bone graft and plate internal fixation were performed after soft tissue recovery. The avulsion fracture at the lower dead center of anterior cruciate ligament was fixed with "8"steel wire. Follow-up was carried out after the operation, and the surgical effect was scored according to HSS scoring standard. Results Postoperative follow-up was 10 to 20 months, 6 cases obtained osseous healing, tibia platform does not appear obvious subsidence, postoperative knee function score was(87.86±4.29)points. Conclusion Complex tibial plateau fracture combined with avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament bottom dead center can achieve good reduction, bone healing, good postoperative knee joint function recovery, fewer complications and good effect after one-stage treatment.
