摘　　要：目的通过对神经妥乐平联合加巴喷丁对带状疱疹后神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)疗效的观察,进一步探讨两者治疗PNH的临床效果和安全性。方法通过前瞻性研究,将本院2018年1月-6月收治的40例PNH患者随机分为实验组和对照组。以视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)表示疼痛程度,根据治疗前后VAS值的下降程度来评定疗效。结果两组治疗前后VAS值均明显降低(P=0.000),其中实验组治疗前后VAS的下降幅度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论神经妥乐平和加巴喷丁对带状疱疹后遗神经疼痛治疗均有效,两者合用可增加对PHN的治疗效果,因此本文可为临床医师提供更多的治疗选择。Objective To observe the efficacy of neurotropin combined with gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN), and to further investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two in the treatment of PNH. Methods Through a prospective study, 40 patients with PNH admitted to our hospital from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to measure the degree of pain, and the curative effect was evaluated according to the degree of decrease in the VAS value before and after treatment. Results The VAS values of the two groups were significantly reduced before and after treatment(P < 0.001). The decrease in VAS values before and after treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.028). Conclusion Both neurotropin and gabapentin are effective in the treatment of postherpetic nerve pain, and the combination of the two can increase the therapeutic effect on PHN, therefore, this study can provide more treatment options for clinicians.
