摘　　要：目的观察三步骤序贯性联合治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎的临床疗效。方法序惯治疗分三个步骤:二氧化碳激光排脓联合系统使用抗生素;局部曲安奈德注射液封闭;局部高能紫外光照射治疗。结果经8周的治疗后痊愈率84.37%,满意率达到92.3%,除局部出现灼热性红斑、轻度色沉,无感染加重或创口不愈等不良反应。结论三步骤序惯性治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎疗效满意,患者依从性好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step sequential combined therapy in the treatment of abscess penetrating perifolliculitis of the head. Methods The treatment was divided into three steps: carbon dioxide laser drainage combined with antibiotics;local triamcinolone acetonide injection block;local high-energy ultraviolet irradiation. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the cure rate was 84.37%, and the satisfaction rate was 92.3%. Except for the local burning erythema and mild pigmentation, there was no aggravation of infection or wound healing and other adverse reactions. Conclusions The effect of three-step sequential inertia in the treatment of perifolliculitis with abscess in the head is satisfactory, and the patient’s compliance is good.
