摘 要:目的探讨家庭参与式护理(FIC)应用临床护理路径在NICU早产儿中的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年5月于本院纳入NICU早产儿104例,依据随机数表法将纳入研究对象随机分为观察组及对照组,两组患儿各52例。对照组早产儿采用传统FIC,观察组早产儿采用FIC应用临床护理路径。比较两组患儿一般资料、住院时间、患儿家长MPOC-20评分及护理能力测评得分情况。结果观察组患儿住院天数少于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿家长MPOC-20评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组家长护理能力高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将FIC应用临床护理路径在NICU早产儿中能有效缩短患儿住院时间,提升家长护理能力,提高家长满意度,有助于早产儿成长。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway of family participatory nursing(FIC)in NICU premature infants. Methods From February 2017 to May 2019, 104 preterm infants in the NICU were enrolled in this hospital. The enrolled subjects were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 52 children in each group.The premature infants in the control group were treated with traditional FIC, and the preterm infants in the observation group were treated with FIC.The general information, length of hospital stay, parental MPOC-20 scores, and nursing ability assessment scores of the two groups of children were compared. Results The number of hospital stays in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The MPOC-20 scores of parents of children in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The observation group’s parental nursing ability was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of FIC clinical nursing pathway in NICU premature babies can effectively shorten the hospital stay of children, improve parental nursing ability, improve parental satisfaction, and help premature infants grow.
