摘　　要：目的调查肾动脉数目变异及性腺动脉起源变异的情况并对性腺动脉外径大小进行统计学分析,以帮助积累国人泌尿生殖系统血管的变异数据,同时也为临床施行相关手术提供解剖学依据。方法选择36具经甲醛液固定保存的人体标本,解剖并观察标本性腺动脉起源和肾动脉数目的变异情况,测量性腺动脉外径并通过SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。结果在36具标本中,发现9具(共11侧)标本存在肾动脉数目或性腺动脉起源的变异,包括7具(共8侧)性腺动脉的起源变异,其中有1具标本发生了双侧变异,在此8侧中尚有5侧同时伴发了肾动脉数目的变异。运用连续校正卡方检验性腺动脉起源变异与肾动脉数目变异间的关联性得,χ^(2)=18.567,P<0.01;t检验结果显示男女性及左右两侧的血管外径均值间均无统计学差异;对不同起源性腺动脉外径大小的单因素方差分析结果显示,F=0.287,P=0.834。结论性腺动脉起源变异与肾动脉数目变异间存在高度相关性,而性腺动脉外径大小在不同性别、起源以及左右侧间无显著差异。Objective To investigate the variation of the number of renal arteries and the origin of gonadal arteries,and to analyze the size of the external diameter of gonadal arteries by statistical methods,so as to accumulate the variation data of genitourinary blood vessels in Chinese and provide an anatomical basis for clinical operation.Methods 36 gross specimens fixed in formalin were selected to observe the variation of the origin of the specimen's glandular artery and the number of renal arteries.Next,SPSS statistical software was used to measure and analyze the diameter of the glandular artery.Results Among the 36 specimens,9(11 sides)had variations in the number of renal arteries or the origin of gonadal arteries.Among them,7(8 sides)had variations in the origin of gonadal arteries,including 1 specimen with bilateral variations.Among the 8 sides,5 had variations in the number of renal arteries.The correlation between the variation of the origin of gonadal artery and the variation of the number of renal artery was tested by continuous correction chi-square test.The results show thatχ^(2)=18.567,P<0.01.T-test results showed that there was no statistical difference between male and female vascular diameter,nor between left and right sides,The results of one-way ANOVA of the vascular diameter of gonadal arteries originating from different locations showed that F=0.287,P=0.834.Conclusion There was a high correlation between the variation of the origin of gonadal artery and the variation of the number of renal artery,but there was no significant difference in the diameter of gonadal artery among different genders,origins and sides.
