摘  要:机架是枸杞采摘机主要的承载部件,必须满足强度、刚度、稳定性等要求。本研究利用Ansys Workbench对自主设计的枸杞采摘机机架进行了有限元分析,包括静态结构分析和模态分析。结果显示,工作中机架产生的最大应力约为80 MPa,满足强度要求,枸杞采摘机机架的前十阶模态分析中,一阶模态的固有频率最低,约为30 Hz,远离枸杞采摘机10~13.5 Hz的振动频率范围,工作时不会发生共振现象。研究可为枸杞采摘机结构优化提供参考。The frame is the main load-bearing component of the Lycium barbarum harvester and must meet the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability.This study uses Ansys Workbench to carry out finite element analysis,including static structural analysis and modal analysis,on the independently designed Lycium barbarum harvester frame.The results show that the maximum stress generated by the frame during operation is about 80MPa,which meets the strength requirements.The inherent frequency of the first order mode of the frame in the first ten order modal analysis of the Lycium barbarum harvester is about 30 Hz,which is far away from the vibration frequency range of 10~13.5 Hz of the Lycium barbarum harvester,and no resonance phenomenon will occur during operation.
