摘 要:经济贸易全球化趋势下,皮革制造企业加大了电商模式下的市场运作研究。立足于当下皮革制造企业电商转型中存在的专业人才匮乏、配套设施不全、产品同质严重等困境,从持续性盈利模式、社会性营销模式、互通性对接模式、角色性消费模式几方面提出化解对策。Under the trend of economic and trade globalization,leather manufacturing companies have increased their market operation research under the e-commerce model.Based on the current dilemmas of lack of professional talents,incomplete supporting facilities and serious product homogeneity in the current e-commerce transformation of leather manufacturing enterprises,the countermeasures were put forward from the sustainable profit model,social marketing model,interoperability docking model and role-based consumption model.
