摘　　要：皮革产业集群转型发展可在一定程度上推动当地经济发展,还可带动整个相关区域乃至全国皮革行业迅速转型升级。据此本文通过详细分析皮革产业集群转型发展的阻碍,基于宏观经济绩效视角提出了一些科学可行的皮革产业集群转型发展策略,具体表现为生产要素、成长道路、生产组织和制度安排的转型发展。The transformation and development of leather industry cluster can not only promote the local economic development to a certain extent,but also promote the rapid transformation and upgrading of the whole leather industry in relevant regions and even the whole country.Based on the detailed analysis of the obstacles to the transformation and development of leather industry cluster,some scientific and feasible strategies for the transformation and development of leather industry cluster were put forward from the perspective of macroeconomic performance,which are embodied in the transformation and development of production factors,growth path,production organization and institutional arrangement.
