摘　　要：通过阐述皮革企业法规部门、财务部门、销售部门、办公室的法律风险,提出了基于可能性、损失度、社会影响维度的内部规章制度法律风险分析方法,并通过加强法律培训以强化员工风险防控意识,健全并优化法律风险相关内部控制制度,建立完善的内部规章制度法律顾问机构,生成了皮革企业内部法律风险控制与防范体系,以期能够为皮革企业实现健康稳定发展提供强有力的法律保护。Through expounding the legal risks of the regulation department,financial department,sales department and office of leather enterprises,the analysis method of the legal risks of internal rules and regulations were put forward based on the dimensions of possibility,loss degree and social impact.The internal legal risk control and prevention system of leather enterprises were generated through strengthening the legal training to strengthen the awareness of risk prevention and control of employees,improving and optimizing the internal control system related to legal risk,establishing a perfect legal advisory body of internal rules and regulations,so as to provide strong legal protection for the healthy and stable development of leather enterprises.
