基于成本与收益的皮革企业绿色发展策略研究

摘　　要：详细分析了皮革企业绿色发展带来的成本与收益,具体体现在设计与技术研发、固定资产投资、产品生产制造、环境与运行成本以及经济、环境、社会效益等方面。同时,提出了一些科学可行、切实有效的皮革企业绿色制造发展策略,即加强政府法律与财政支持,强化技术创新与人才培养,促进生态园建设与产业转型升级,推动行业协会引导与协助。The costs and benefits brought by green development of leather enterprises were analyzed in detail, including design and technology R&D costs, fixed asset investment costs, product manufacturing costs, environmental costs and operation costs, as well as the economic benefits, environmental benefits, social benefits and so on. At the same time, some scientific, feasible and effective green manufacturing development strategies for leather enterprises were put forward, that is, strengthening the government’s legal and financial support, strengthening technological innovation and personnel training, promoting the construction of ecological park and industrial transformation and upgrading, and promoting the guidance and assistance of industry associations.
