摘　　要：医院专科疾病救治能力和水平是通过病种收治来体现的,大型公立医院的导向是收治疑难危重疾病,疾病诊断相关组(Diagnosis related groups,DRG)能够评价专科收治的疾病难度水平,通过DRG评价,分析专科病种结构中存在的问题,达到优化专科病种结构,提升专科疾病救治水平的目的。Disease specialist hospital treatment ability and level is embodied by diseases treated,orientation of large public hospital is treated difficult critically ill disease,diagnosis related groups can evaluate college admitted difficulty levels of disease,the evaluation of DRG,the problems existing in the analysis structure of specialist diseases,diseases to optimize specialty structure,enhance the level of the disease treatment.
