摘　　要：中医药作为我国卫生应急体系的重要组成部分,在我国新冠肺炎疫情中发挥了重要作用。大型综合医院作为紧急医学救援体系的重要主体,是卫生应急工作的排头兵和主战场。在新形势下,在大型综合医院发展建设中医药卫生应急体系,将中医急救技术以及中医药对灾后疾病防治方面的优势与现有的医院卫生应急体系有机结合,协调发展,建立中西医结合的应急救治长效机制,建设具有中国特色的中西医优势互补的紧急医学救援队伍,具有重要的社会意义。As an important part of China’s health emergency response system,traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the COVID-19 epidemic in China.As an important part of the emergency medical rescue system,the large general hospitals are the vanguard and main battlefield of the health emergency work.Under the new situation,the development and construction in large general hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine health emergency system,the first aid of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for post-disaster disease prevention and control of advantages of organic combination with the existing hospital health emergency system,the coordinated development,establish long-term effective mechanism of combination of Chinese and western medicine contingency,construction with Chinese characteristics of Chinese and western medicine complementary advantages of emergency medical rescue team,has important social significance.
