健康教育云平台模式在孕产妇健康管理中的效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于医院云平台健康教育服务模式在孕产妇健康管理中的应用效果。方法选取于2020年2月-9月期间就诊的330例孕产妇为研究对象,按是否参与健康教育云平台服务模式进行分组,其中160例未实施者作为对照组,170例实施者作为观察组,比较分析两组孕产妇产前检查依从性、孕期保健知识知晓率及对产检随访的满意度。结果观察组孕产妇产前检查依从性91.76%(156/170)显著高于对照组75.63%(121/160),观察组孕中晚期保健、预防与诊断出生缺陷、母乳喂养与婴儿智护、新生儿特点与常见问题、早教相关孕期保健知识知晓率90.00%(153/170)均显著高于对照组75.00%(120/160),产检随访满意度94.12%(160/170)显著高于对照组72.50%(116/160),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院云平台健康教育服务模式应用在孕产妇健康管理中有助于提升孕产妇孕期检查依从性及保健知识掌握程度,有效提高医院健康教育效果和质量,且可提高产检随访满意度,对促进医患关系和谐有积极作用,值得应用。Objective To explore the application effect of health education service mode based on hospital cloud platform in maternal health management.Methods 330 cases of pregnant and lying in women in our hospital from February 2020 to September 2020 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to whether they participated in the cloud platform service mode of health education.Among them,160 cases were not implemented as the control group,and 170 cases were implemented as the observation group.Results The compliance rate of pregnant women in the observation group was 91.76%(156/170),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.63%)(121/160).The awareness rate of health care,prevention and diagnosis of birth defects,breastfeeding and infant intelligent care,neonatal characteristics and common problems,early education related pregnancy health knowledge in the observation group was 90.00%(153/170),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(120/160)of the control group.The satisfaction rate of 94.12%(160/170)was significantly higher than that of 72.50%(116/160)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital cloud platform health education service mode in maternal health management is helpful to improve maternal compliance and health knowledge,effectively improve the effect and quality of hospital health education,and improve the satisfaction of prenatal examination follow-up.It plays a positive role in promoting harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which is worthy of application.
