摘　　要：目的对采取替比夫定联合“肝炎方”合升降散治疗慢性乙肝的临床有效性进行深入研究,方法以收治的64例慢性乙肝患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组及观察组进行治疗,对照组应用替比夫定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用“肝炎方”合升降散,对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价及比较分析。结果经统计学分析,观察组肝功能中的ALT及AST指标与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),HBeAg转阴率与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),免疫细胞CD4+/CD8+比值显著上升(P<0.05)。结论“肝炎方”合升降散可以有效调节慢性乙肝患者的免疫力,加强对乙肝病毒复制的抑制,与替比夫定联合使用,可以增加替比夫定的治疗效果。Objective To conduct an in-depth study on the clinical effectiveness of telbivudine combined with Ganyan Decoction and Shengjiang Powder in treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods Taking 64 admitted patients with chronic hepatitis B as the research object,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group for treatment.The control group was treated with telbivudine,and the observation group was treated with“ganyan prescription”and Shengjiang San on the basis of the control group.Evaluation and comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the group of patients.Results After statistical analysis,ALT and AST indicators in the liver function of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),and the negative rate of HBeAg was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Immune cells CD4+/CD8+The ratio increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganyan prescription and Shengjiang San can effectively improve the immunity of chronic patients and increase patients’resistance to the hepatitis B virus.Combined use with telbivudine can increase the therapeutic effect of telbivudine.
