摘  要:目的:探索常规屏气方案和优化屏气方案对普美显增强动脉期图像质量和对比度信噪比(CNR)的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年3—6月在中山大学肿瘤防治中心行普美显增强磁共振(MRI)检查的143例患者的图像。由2位放射专业医师采用双盲法对图像进行评分得到质量评价,然后行一致性检验。由2位放射专业技师共同测量计算图像病灶的CNR。采用SPSS 23.0统计软件,分析患者的性别、年龄、身体质量指数(BMI)、屏气方案与图像质量和CNR的相关性。结果:2位医师对图像质量评价的kappa值为0.794。性别、年龄和BMI分组对图像质量和CNR没有统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。屏气方案对图像质量和C N R有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:性别、年龄和B M I对普美显增强动脉期图像质量和CNR没有影响,优化屏气方案比常规屏气方案有更好的图像质量和更高的CNR,值得推广应用于其他需要屏气的放射科检查项目。Objective To explore the effects of the conventional breath-holding scheme and the optimized breath-holding scheme on the image quality and contrast signal-to-noise ratio(CNR) of Primovist-enhanced arterial phase.Methods The images of 143 patients who underwent Primovist-enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) from March to June 2020 in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center were enrolled the retrospective analysis.Two radiologists scored the images using a double-blind method to obtain a quality assessment,and then a consistency check was performed.The CNR of lesions was measured and calculated by two professional radiographers.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the correlation among gender,age,body mass index(BMI),breathholding scheme with the image quality and CNR.Results The Kappa value of the image quality which was evaluated by two doctors was 0.794.Gender,age and body mass index had no statistical significance on the image quality and CNR(all P values> 0.05).The breath-holding scheme had statistical significance on the image quality and CNR(all P values <0.05).Conclusion Gender,age and BMI had no effect on the image quality and CNR of Primovist-enhanced arterial phase.The optimized breath-holding scheme has better image quality and higher CNR than the conventional breath-hold scheme,which was worth promoting and applying to other radiology examination items that require breath-holding.
