A QuEChERS sample pretreatment method coupled with QuEChERS-UPLC/MRM-IDA-EPI was established to determine 4β-receptor hormone residues in swine urine.10.0 mL of swine urine was extracted by homogenization with aceonitrile and the extract was cleaned up with PSA,GCB,MgSO_(4) and NaCl to remove the interferences from extractives. The target compounds were detected by electron impact ionization in+MRM mode with external standard method. The result showed that the method appeared to be a good linear relationship in the concentration ranges of 0.5~50μg/L,with correlation coefficients(r)between 0.985 and 0.994.The average recoveries(p)of this method were in the range of 62.11%~112.80% with relative standard deviations(RSD)between 0.63% and 14.38%.Moreover,the method could be detected[M+H]+and other characteristic fragment ions through EPI structure analysis on 4β-receptor hormone residues in swine urine, which could be analyzed for the monitoring and risk assessment fast, efficiently and reliably.
